KPMG is currently seeking a Manager Digital Banking Product Management in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee product management teams in developing digital bank products and features; plan and estimate work efforts; manage stakeholders and vendors
+ Manage the product lifecycle from initial planning to implementation including tactical readiness, MVP creation, and developing go to market strategy
+ Support the development and delivery of solutions that support digital transformation within financial services specifically related to consumer banking products
+ Work within scrum teams to support goals and objectives, including creating innovative customer experiences, streamlining operations, integrating cross-functional requirements
+ Implement a data driven strategy for assessing business processes for opportunities
+ Lead engagement with key stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and vision, driving prioritization and determine capability needs; manage end-to-end product development, ranging from development of product strategy to implementation
Qualifications:
+ Minimum five years of experience in banking, project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems with an advisory or consulting firm
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
+ Experience in Consumer Deposits, Consumer Credit and Debit Cards, Consumer Lending, Payments Digital Onboarding, Servicing, and/or Payments Processing
+ Strong user experience and customer experience skills; able to work within an Agile Environment with Agile Product Owners
+ Ability to travel as needed
