Where the Chemistry Happens
Metals are critical raw materials in manufacturing catalysts and batteries. The two main sources of metals are mining and recycling. Our business unit CCA Base Metals Services is developing a complete cycle for the recycling of base metals (Nickel, Cobalt, etc.) and Lithium-Ion-Batteries. A closed-loop battery recycling system is a key component for a sustainable battery materials business. The business unit is planning rapid growth and very significant investments in the coming years.
We are seeking a professional like you who will be responsible and accountable for a global digital solution that supports our recycling process: a blockchain network and customer portal to deliver transparent sustainability data on our metal supply chain. You will be directly responsible for scoping and guiding this digital service to launch, following an agile and iterative development process considering both internal and external needs, and ensuring data flows are updated and maintained.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your education and sizeable software product management experience with distributed, cloud-native solutions and distributed ledger technology, you will make major contributions to the digital product vision and strategy for a global digital solution that supports our recycling process: a blockchain network and customer portal.
You will successfully engage across the organization, gathering insights from stakeholders and available data as well as creating metrics and goals around feature launches, measuring success post-launch, and iterating.
Your experience connecting data will be essential as you design the product features with end-to-end processes in mind, starting from initial customer requests into the flow of refining operations, initiating change as needed to underlying data quality and structure, to outputs of automated, meaningful business and customer reports and certificates.
Applying your creative problem-solving ability, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop specifications and testing plans to identify and mitigate potential project risks. In addition, you will contribute to the generation of digital IP in the work area.
Being self-motivated and driven, you will apply an agile approach, responding to change quickly and communicating updates. You will act as product owner and work directly with internal and external software development teams, as needed to meet deliverables.
Your outstanding verbal and written communication skills (including comfort with preparing and giving presentations) will serve you well as you communicate product priorities across the team by being transparent in your roadmap and prioritization.
Your ability and willingness to see a project through to completion will help to ensure a smooth transition of changes and projects into ongoing mode as well as the ongoing operation.
