KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Infrastructure for our Deal Advisory (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Support the Performance and Operations (P&O) practice assisting clients in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector organizations at the county, city, and state levels across the domains of justice and public safety, public and behavioral health, higher education, and transportation.

+ Accountable for projects and deliver services across the domains of justice and public safety, public and behavioral health, higher education, and transportation, while serving as team leader, project manager, and site supervisor overseeing KPMG Senior Associates, Associates, and subcontractors

+ Assist practice leadership in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to ensure excellent client delivery while enabling their career development

+ Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, excellent written and oral stakeholder management and communication skills

+ Serve as the lead contact in building relationships with and marketing our services to selected target clients, while participating in industry conferences as well as other marketing and business development initiatives including identifying business opportunities, proposal writing, and client presentations


Qualifications:


+ Minimum five years of work experience in relevant consulting, business, government, or related fields such as justice and public safety, public and behavioral health, higher education, and transportation domains; prior large-firm consulting experience is preferred

+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; Advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred

+ Willingness and ability to travel

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
