Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this strategic role, you will be leading from the front and will be partnering closely with multiple stakeholders across geographies including Business Owners, Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, etc. to execute on the continuously evolving core money transfer teams vision and roadmap by thoroughly understanding customers needs. You will oversee & provide leadership to a team of Architects and Engineers that design and deliver products for systems that are highly performant, operationally efficient & data-centric. You will focus on introducing innovative engineering practices, tools & technologies to continuously improve the quality of the systems and optimize efforts, implementing industry best practices around the design, development, and deployment of software in the projects under control
To optimize your skills in this role you will need a technical degree along with 15+ years of experience in leading high-performing, self-organized Agile scrum teams. Experience with building / implementing highly scalable applications in AWS Cloud. Experience in managing a team of engineers in multiple vendors set up. Youll have an excellent understanding of Microservices & event-driven architecture.
Technical areas of expertise:
Microservices development experience using Sprint Boot
Experience in developing and deploying applications in AWS Cloud
Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases Postgres and Cassandra
Knowledge of Kafka
Monitoring tool Exp -Dynatrace, ELK
Knowledge of DevOps tool
