As a Managing Director Life Sciences with the Solebury Strategic Communications organization, you will be based in New York City or Boston. This is a hybrid position which provides flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. Certain job responsibilities will require time in the office on a regular basis.

Job Description
Responsible for direct management of client relationships, provides strategic advisory services to CEOs, CFOs and Investor Relations Officers at publicly traded companies, or companies in the process of going public, and managing their relationships with the buy and sell side.
Works directly with the senior team in the prospecting of new business and the strategic development and execution of client IR programs. Targets incremental opportunities for research coverage and new potential shareholders for clients. Reviews competitor/peer financial and business developments.
Serves as primary contact with clients' senior management teams. Prepares reports and analysis for client detailing positioning in the marketplace. Creates, develops, and manages Investor Relations materials, reports and analysis, and Investor Relations plan and calendar.
Proactively interacts with investment community to develop and manage effective relationships with counterparts on both the buy side and sell side.
Contributes significantly to clients corporate messaging and investor communications materials
Provides senior insight to junior team working on client accounts.
