J2 Innovations a Siemens company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in a fast-paced software business operating in the smart-buildings and IoT markets. The position will report to the VP of Customer Experience and is an integral part of the marketing and sales teams. You will have the responsibility to collaborate with colleagues globally to drive high impact digital marketing campaigns that tell the story about what our incredible technology does and how it is changing the face of building automation. www.j2inn.com



We are looking for an experienced candidate familiar with managing digital marketing and promotional activities. An ideal candidate is a team player who can handle multiple projects and manage details to successful outcomes. This is a role can be fulfilled remotely through online collaboration, but you will also have the opportunity to travel for marketing events in US, UK and throughout Europe.



Skills:



+ Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or another related subject.

+ Experience with B2B digital marketing for technology focused businesses is essential.

+ Expertise with CRM systems for managing ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media. Experience of using Hubspot marketing software is preferred.

+ Ability to work closely with PR and graphic design sub-contracting firms.

+ Excellent English grammar and spelling, essential for editing and proof-reading copy.

+ Graphic design and software skills would be helpful.

+ Strong project management and execution with high level attention to detail.

+ Digital marketing experience within the software or building automation industry would be a plus.



Responsibilities:



+ Trade shows, fairs, and webinars project execution.

+ Product launches and marketing rollouts.

+ Writing and editing marketing content for promotional activities.

+ Creating new sales collateral and updating existing.

+ CRM (HubSpot) database management and applications.

+ Website and digital assets (white papers, case studies, videos).

+ Partner marketing support (branded flyers/videos).

+ Advertising campaigns.

+ Email campaigns.

+ Press releases.

+ Managing relationships with industry organizations.

+ Maintaining brand standards.

+ Marketing KPIs, reporting metrics.
