Summary of Position

Partner closely with internal teams to support the marketing and business strategies required to successfully grow the
AdvantageCare Physicians practice.
Aid in the development of campaigns supporting acquisition and retention efforts for the business.
Provide support in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of various marketing initiatives; working
collaboratively with the larger marketing and communications department to ensure all campaigns/tactics are executed
correctly.

Principal Accountabilities

Brand Management
Aid in the development of marketing materials needed to support ACPNY's new value proposition, working hand-in-
hand with outside creative/media agencies and internal design teams
Oversee all schedules, timelines and needed approvals on marketing campaigns
Help maintain brand identity and guidelines across all channels and tactics
Work with digital strategy teams to ensure an end-to-end experience for all campaigns and initiatives
Location Marketing & Logistics
Guide the overall production, quoting and logistics for marketing initiatives that are implemented at ACPNY office
locations
Manage all pertinent office and contact information including specialties, primary languages, demographics, hours,
patient counts, etc. and update digital and brand teams on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of all published materials
Maintain yearly calendar of on-site marketing initiatives - coordinating with corporate communications on internal
alerts/education and operations on overviews/updates to location and call center staff
Enter and track project through the company's electronic project management and approval systems
Monitor inventory/supply levels of collateral and other marketing/sales aids to ensure they are updated and available
Health Care Landscape & Competitive Monitoring
Maintain industry knowledge across a diverse range of topics in marketing and assigned health care terrain
Consistently provide competitive analysis/insights to marketing team and ACPNY leadership overall
Integration
Participate in integration meetings to properly understand brand needs and roadmaps
Coordinate all necessary reviews/approvals of content generated working closely with legal and compliance
General
Assist in the monitoring and documenting of invoices and completion of day-to-day budget tracker
Aid in development of key presentation, schedules, roadmaps for ACPNY
Support Director/Manager in any special projects as needed.

Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related

Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3 - 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience interacting with client and/or communities directly.
Demonstrated project and time-management skills; ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types and levels of audiences.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities/tasks with competing priority levels and deadlines.
Flexible and able to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment.
