**Role Summary**

The Gene Therapy/Hemophilia portfolio has an exciting pipeline with 4 potential launches within the next 3 years. This includes a new transformative and breakthrough Gene therapy (GTx) for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) as well as 3 transformative, breakthrough hemophilia agents - Hemophilia A GTx, Hemophilia B GTx, and a subcutaneously delivered monoclonal antibody to treat hemophilia A & B (marstacimab). All these products represent significant therapeutic benefits to patients offering breakthrough innovations that address today's high burden of treatment.

Marstacimab, a human monoclonal immunoglobulin G isotype that promotes clotting activity by targeting an endogenous anticoagulant protein called tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), provides a Novel Non-Factor (NNF) approach to improve blood coagulation for patients with either Hemophilia A or Hemophilia B. Marstacimab is projected to be the amongst the first subcutaneous therapies to launch in Hemophilia B. The product is currently in Phase 3 with an expected launch in mid-2024 with blockbuster potential and is one of the 25x25 breakthrough assets within PBG.
