**Job Description:**



The Risk & Finance Data Quality Control Executive requires a Metadata Program Manager. The role will report directly to the Data Quality Control Executive and will be primarily responsible for:



**Required Skills:**



+ This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of End-to-End Connected Data Quality Program to drive effective delivery & business outcomes

+ Ability to build, define and execute data & technology strategies, in partnership with business & technology stakeholders

+ Facilitate business and technology project routines to support the active management and communication of progress.

+ Ability to work with multiple business partners from around the bank, ensuring gaps and dependencies are identified, documented, communicated, and coordinated.



**Principal Accountabilities: Key Activities and Decision-Making Areas**



**Stakeholders**



+ Build a common data culture between business leaders, architects and the CDO community to ensure clear lines of responsibility, accountability for all aspects of data ownership, data management and data remediation activities.

+ Establish and maintain ownership matrix and strong stakeholder / sponsorship group

+ Develop close and effective working relationships with application and business teams in support of the mapping process.

+ Deliver fair and pragmatic outcomes for internal customers and ensure transparency and consistency in decision making based on agreed and communicated common principles.



**Leadership & Teamwork**



+ Clear, concise, and timely metrics and communication of those to key stakeholders demonstrating the value and effectiveness of the program activities.

+ Lead, develop and motivate the Metadata initiative team to attract, retain and develop appropriate levels of expertise and capacity to support the end to end mapping of key business elements from regulatory reports up the supply chain to capture.



**Qualifications**



+ Education to degree level or above



**Experience**



The role holder will need:



+ Demonstrable track record of delivery in program management in a Tier 1 Financial Services firm.

+ Demonstrable wide knowledge of financial services products and practices, preferably with more than 10 years experience in financial services.

+ Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

+ Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across geographies and business units

+ Highly motivated, delivery driven approach coupled with analytic and semantic rigour

+ Awareness of data regulation and best practices in data management

**Jersey City pay range:**



$133,500 - $183,600

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
