Summary



HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.





This position will work remotely until Client COVID protocols allow for return to office. Potential for full time hybrid schedule for 2 days remote and 3 days in the office upon return to office.





What you will do



The Microsoft Power Platform Developer will help citizen developers to develop and support applications, assisting courts develop the necessary skills and understand the tools available to develop solutions using cloud technology. The goal is to deliver services and solutions for customers using the suite of Microsofts PowerApps/Dynamics platform, custom development, and data integrations on the platform. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of implementing solutions including development, testing, deployment, and process documentation.


The Cloud Enablement Branch is initially responsible for the rollout of various Microsoft products such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and future cloud services.





Responsibilites include:



+ Ability to develop enterprise business automation solutions using PowerApps / Power Automate and Power BI.


+ Possesses skill to design responsive web applications compatible to multi device formats.


+ Ability to develop application with various data services or REST APIs.


+ Demonstrates a broad understanding of the applications and technical architectures related to their area(s).


+ Ability to follow governance set coding and design standards.


+ Ability to ensure the applications meet the security standards and guidelines.


+ Ability to take client calls and resolves most client issues independently.


+ Ability to create custom plug-in code in .NET framework, C# (Or other applicable programming language) involving CRM SDKs for the Power Apps.


+ Experience in Azure including Azure integration services like Logic apps, Azure Data factory, and Azure Functions.






What you must have




+ 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.


+ Client requirements: Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience


+ 4+ years of experience with Microsoft cloud services including Microsoft SharePoint Online and Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Security, and Compliance.


+ Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.


+ 5 years expertise and experience with complex technical activities


+ End-user requirement gathering, system analysis


+ Customize site branding for Modern SharePoint experiences utilizing traditional OOTB methods along with the SPFx.


+ Experience with PowerShell and scripting
