The success of Bank of America and Global Transaction Services (GTS) is dependent on the continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro is Bank of America's flagship GTS platform for clients ranging from business banking to commercial and large corporates doing business globally.
This vice president level User Experience (Product) Designer will focus on all areas of user experience and user interface design, including user/client research and validation, ideation, interaction design, visual design and development handoff. There will be ongoing collaboration with product managers, product owners, development leads and developers on early-stage prototypes up through final product implementation. This designer will advocate for what users want, need and expect from the digital products we develop, and have a knack for translating our strategy and complex business asks into efficient and intuitive user experiences.
Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Experience Designer role:
Apply user-centered design processes, including design thinking practices, to identify user needs and create compelling digital solutions for clients in partnership with product managers and key stakeholders.
Have a passion for designing intuitive and efficient solutions in collaboration with clients; facilitate continuous client feedback loop to plan, conduct and synthesize user research with the ability to validate product designs.
Create wireframes, user workflows, high fidelity UI, and working prototypes to document the intended user experience online and through the mobile app.
Collaborate with other designers to continuously grow the team as well as the product.
Enjoy building relationships with teammates across GTS CashPro product management, GTS core product management and GTS sales teams to influence strategic designs for the delivery of best-in-class solutions.
**Required Skills:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on UX research, interaction design, IA, and visual design
+ Portfolio demonstrating deep level UX, interaction and visual design experience
+ Strong knowledge in moderated user research and hypothesis-based research methods
+ Experience working within design systems and design tools such as Sketch, InVision
+ Drives alignment via strong and efficient facilitation and presentation capability
+ Synthesizes multiple inputs and feedback from stakeholders into a cohesive approach
+ High attention to detail and follow through with tasks and commitments
+ Bachelor's Degree BS or BA
+ Knowledge of Agile design sprint processes
+ Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions
