**Position Summary**

Power as #1 in Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking Advice.



We are looking to hire a talented Tech Feature Lead -iOS/Android Engineer to design, build, and maintain the next generation mobile applications. Your duties may include collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating applications published on the App Store.



Other responsibilities include:



+ Develop and deliver complex mobile software requirements to accomplish business goals/

+ Ensures that iOS and/or Android software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

+ Codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.

+ Participates and guides team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

+ Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

+ Utilizes architectural patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIPER etc.) and common components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.

+ Assists team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.

+ Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance); Analyzes test reports, identifies any test issues/errors; Triages the underlying cause.

+ Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

+ Participates, contributes and coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events. e.g. branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes.



**Qualifications:**



+ To ensure success as a Tech Feature Lead - Mobile Engineer, you should have a strong working knowledge of iOS and/ or Android Frameworks,

+ Has expertise with iOS and/or Android mobile platform SDKs and design patterns: iOS - Proficient in Objective-C, Swift & Swift UI -- OR -- Android - Proficient in Kotlin

+ Has extensive familiarity with agile methodology, story refinement/defining requirements.

+ Typically 5 or more years' of Mobile Native App Development experience.

+ Must have a bachelors degree -- or -- Equivalent experience is required.
