Manager Risk/Analytics development for Front Office Trading Risk, Enterprise Risk, Finance and Regulatory Capital



**Position Summary**



This role is for a manager facing senior business stakeholders with 15+ years of risk/analytics development across broad range of technology functions including analytics development, architecture and project management. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, collaboration, people management skills and demonstrate capability for managing simultaneous multiple competing priorities across BAU and Initiatives (Front office, QSG, GRA, Market Risk and Regulatory Capital, Technology Transformation, Mortgage Reference Data).



As an expert, creates the vision and roadmap for risk, analytics and data development teams based on front office, enterprise, regulatory priorities and requirements, industry standards and mandates, and defines the strategic direction for the analytics development. Communicates the vision and roadmap to senior stakeholder, product owners and teams.



Key responsibilities include the management of development team of approximately 30 resources globally distributed across US, EMEA and India, delivering funded business/technology/ initiatives and managing multiple streams in Risk/Analytics, P/L, Data and Trade Capture space.



**Primary Skills**



15+ years of experience in fast-paced, high pressure and challenging environment



Excellent knowledge of Mortgage and Fixed Income Derivatives products and understanding of associated life cycles



Pricing and Analytics development, P&L, PLEX, Market Risk scenarios for Mortgage products (Bonds, Derivatives, Loans) and interest rate derivatives



Experience in regulatory capital calculations (VaR, Stressed VaR, IRC, CRM), FRTB and LIBORTransition. Knowledgeof Basel Regulations and CCAR



**Desired Skills**

Experience working with Traders, Desk Heads, Market Risk Managers, Finance, Quants and Model Validation teams



Experience designing and building large scale complex risk platforms for Front office, Market Risk and Regulatory simulations



Experience in optimizing calculators and simulators working with Quants and Global Risk Analytics teams (GRA)



Highly experienced in optimizing large scale computations in grid/cloud



Hands-on experience in object-oriented development using C++ or Java and Python Quantitative educational background (Math, Physics or Engineering)



Strong leadership, people management, communication, presentation skills



Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse/global teams



Provide architectural recommendations and optimizations across the environment



Bachelors Degree in Business OR STEM; Masters Preferred
