Pfizer, in collaboration with Myovant Sciences, launched and co-promotes Myfembree, a once - daily oral treatment for premenopausal women for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids and moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis. Many women with uterine fibroids and endometriosis are not able to manage their symptoms with current treatment options, underscoring the high unmet need for these diseases.



Myfembree has the potential to transform treatment and become a standard of care based on its combination of power efficacy, convenience of once - daily dosing and demonstrated safety profile. Since the uterine fibroid indication launch, Myfembree has surpassed its competitor's trajectory and achieved class leadership. With the recent addition of the endometriosis indication, Myfembree brings HCPs enhanced value and can reach more appropriate patients who may benefit from the product.



This position offers a unique opportunity to launch a product in a high functioning alliance structure with a Patients First approach. The Myfembree Director, Consumer Marketing is a mission critical role that will be responsible for driving the consumer strategy for the uterine fibroid and endometriosis indications, including identification of consumer insights, developing/refining consumer messaging and leading the strategic and creative development of DTC campaigns to maximize patient engagement and drive Myfembree growth.



Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:



+ Across two indications, serve as the Myfembree Consumer Lead for strategy, tactical planning and execution to achieve business objectives and financial commitments

+ Develop the DTC launch campaign strategy, creative development, and execution for the new endometriosis indication

+ Evolve the uterine fibroid go-to-market strategy and creative, optimizing in-market performance of all assets across online video, digital, social and web

+ Actively engage in research to stay current with patient needs, identify new and evolving patient insights and messages for uterine fibroids and endometriosis to drive sustained growth over time

+ Manage agency partner to develop DTC creative across multiple consumer channels for both indications

+ Partner with Media team to develop and execute brand media plans for each indication; ensure insights, messaging and creative opportunities are maximized across the media mix

+ Ensure appropriate synergies and alignment of Consumer marketing plans with overall brand strategies across indications, Op Plans and tactical plans

+ Measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generate early learnings to drive continuous improvement, and develop business cases to advance the brand's patient activation model

+ Manager the Consumer budget; make recommendations for budget trade-off decisions

+ Assist with leadership deliverables and presentations, including providing routine updates on consumer marketing metrics and campaign performance

+ Develop a strong partnership with the Myovant Sciences patient team; effectively manage the patient strategy and alliance partnership

+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and develop and coach others to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Undergraduate degree required

+ 7-10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience

+ Consumer marketing experience required

+ Ability to understand Consumer needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results

+ Demonstrated creativity and innovative idea development

+ Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership

+ Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners

+ Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills

+ Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment

+ Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ MBA preferred

+ Launch product and alliance partnership experience preferred
