**Job Description:**
This is a leadership role within the TTS North America Payments & Receivables (P&R) business, which manages and develops innovative solutions to help TTS clients across Public, Corporate and Financial Institution sectors efficiently collect and make payments. The P&R team oversees a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of products that include Core domestic solutions such as Check Processing and ACH services, Cross-border payment solutions such as WorldLink and Cross Border Funds Transfer, USD clearing and Electronic and Emerging solutions for digital collections, disbursements and reconciliation. The team also works closely with the Global Payments & Receivables team to commercialize global common solutions such as Instant Payments, Virtual Accounts, Payment Outlier Detection, C2B e-Commerce Collections and others in the North America region by working with the Regional Sales, Market Management, Technology, Operations, Servicing and Control function partners. As a member of the North America Cross Border Payments Team, you will explore complex client needs, design end to end solutions, commercialize existing capabilities and create value for Citis diverse client base. You will play an active role collaborating with other cross functional areas of the organization like Technology, Operations, Service, Product Development, and Markets to lead client discussions, bring solutions to life and continue to grow a key business for Citi.
The Head of NA TTS Cross Border Payments Team will be responsible for the management of the NA Cross Border Payments Team and driving the P&L and Product roadmap and commercialization for the business. The Cross-Border Payments business incorporates WorldLink (WL) Payment Services (Citi's leading institutional cross-border, cross-currency payments solution), and CBFT (Cross-Border Funds Transfers offered by each Citi branch to clients with local branch accounts). Citi Cross-Border Payments solutions enables Citis Institutional clients to efficiently execute cross-border/cross-currency payments, providing global access, integrated FX, cost efficiencies and payment optionality in the form of various payment methods. The business enables local currency payments in over 200 markets on behalf of thousands of global clients across all client segments, representing a truly global business. The main function of the role is to lead the Product Commercialization team; to drive the commercialization of Cross-Border Payments solutions at scale, enabling our Sales and product teams across all regions to effectively engage with clients to explore and win new business. The Individual is required to lead a team to design and execute commercialization strategies aligned with the broader goals of the business. The individual must be innovative, self-driven, with excellent communication, influencing and people management skills. The leader will also be an evangelist for Cross Border Payment technologies and channels, both internally and to the marketplace, working closely with Product Management teams across the TTS business; Solution Sales Managers, Product Sales and Account Management; and key functional partners.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Day to day management and oversight of the NA Cross Border Payments Team driving the P&L and commercialization for the business.
+ Define strategy for the NA Cross Border Payments business and ensure complete alignment with wider NA Payments & Receivables goals well as the Global Cross Border Payments goals.
+ Drive product strategy and roadmap for both WL and CBFT solutions based on client needs, competitive dynamics, industry trends and market evolution
+ Build product positioning and work with Sales and Market Management partners to specifically address the needs of target market verticals
+ P&L management of high-profile NA Cross Border Payments business.
+ Manage revenue pipeline in coordination with Market Management and Sales partners
+ Work with Sales and Market Management to identify target clients and product positioning including full suite of cross border payments solutions
+ Work with Solution and Product Sales teams to refine product positioning and client value proposition. Support client pitches and RFPs as required
+ Coordinate and conduct sales and market management training
+ Lead the charge of creating exemplary client experience from sales all the way through implementations and servicing working closely with Sales, Implementations, Servicing and Operations partners
+ Handle internal stakeholder and client escalations associated with Cross Border Payments
+ Manage end-to-end commercialization of new features in coordination with global and regional functional partners include Product, Technology, Implementations and Operations
+ Partner across TTS product partners, regional and global, to identify product expansion opportunity - identifying the market need, defining the requirements and leading the execution
+ Work closely with the Coverage teams, and core product teams to ensure that demands of the clients are well understood
+ Work with Product control functions to ensure that all relevant documentation (eg Product Approval Program) and processes are strictly adhered to and part of the management fabric of the product business
+ Develop an action plan to address VOC (Voice of the Client) feedback. Partner with cross-functional and coverage teams to execute
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

**Qualifications /Experience**
+ 10+ yrs related experience including FX, Sales and cross border payments product
+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
+ Strong leadership and team building skills, along with the ability to work closely and build trust with senior management and other partners
+ Exceptional organization and process management ability
+ Superior interpretive and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent team working and interpersonal skills to influence and build consensus.
