Active Directory (AD)/Azure Operations Team Member
ICAM is looking for an IT Systems AD/Azure Operations team member to work in our Enterprise Active Directory Environment. The right candidate will have a wide range of technical skills to support customer facing troubleshooting and support.
The candidate must have strong communications skills and be able to present complex technical details to a large diverse stakeholder community. The candidate must be able to analyze business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. A successful candidate must have experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting AD infrastructure components (Forests, Domains, Site, Services, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Microsoft integrated DNS.
The candidate will also support services for Microsoft Azure projects focused on Azure IaaS including, determine customer business, functional, and technical requirements and develop scoping and levels-of-effort; migrating on-premises services to Microsoft Azure; Automating Azure tasks using PowerShell and JSON templates.
Overall the ideal candidate will have experience in working IT projects within a large enterprise environment leveraging a systems engineering approach. The ideal candidate will have:

Desired experience working in a fast paced environment with a career track record of engineering, developing, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems in the area of technical expertise including hands on solution development and implementation experience.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
Years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Preferred Technical Skills/Experience:
Experience with supporting enterprise services, such as large Active Directory (AD)/Azure environments.
Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
Experience supporting Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, and Windows Server 2016/2019.
Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, preferably Microsoft hypervisor technologies
Creating and deploying configuration changes with Powershell
Background in designing and supporting AD with 5+ years of experience
Desired Certifications:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
Security+
Clearance:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a NASA Public Trust background investigation with a level of confidence of 50 or higher.
