What are we looking for?
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, and related field
Overall, 10+ years of experience; Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics
Minimum 5 years of Analytics experience in the Consumer Products Good Industry
Minimum 2 years of expertise in customer analytics and route to market capabilities, such as Field Force segmentation and optimization, Test & Learn, Distributor Services, Predictive Analytics and Digital B2B/Reinvention of Fragmented Trade
Minimum 2 years of experience in Developing analytical models using multi variate regression and build machine learning algorithms using data science experience to influence decision making
Analyse large and complex data sources (Nielsen, EPOS, Image Recognition etc.)
Generate business insights for Field Force operations and next best store/action.
Develop predictive analytics models for forecasting and route scenario planning

The purpose of this role is to drive successful development of advanced analytics solutions globally in the RTM (Route to Market) Distributor Management area as part of One Demand Data and Analytics program. This involves engaging with business users to define the right problems, leading a team of business translators, data scientists and data engineers (internal as well as external) to drive the right advanced analytics solution creation, evangelizing a data-driven decision-making culture across Mars Wrigley by fostering a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, and create value by enabling consumption of advanced analytics.
Leverage the Mars Digital Engine Framework to Find the problem using user centric approach (Design Thinking), Solve it using Advanced Analytics and Machine learning, Automate the solution to scale while delivering in an agile manner
Enabling & Refining the operating model for One Demand Data & Analytics in partnership with the Global RTM team and Functional Business Partnership team.
Collaborating with functional experts on an ongoing basis to ensure quality delivery for the global digital transformation program.
Ensure knowledge and best practices sharing across segments and markets to ensure reusability and improving analytical maturity
