Heluna Health is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to be the leading provider of program services and fiscal sponsorship for over 280 population health initiatives. Heluna Health is seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Middleware Developer who has technical expertise to design, develop, implement, and integrate a service-oriented architecture application.
Oracle SOA Middleware Developer will play a key role in developing and supporting Heluna Healths current and future systems with the emphasis on hands-on application Integrations and Oracle SOA/Oracle Fusion Middleware Technologies. This position will report to the IT Director - Business Applications and work closely with the other IT team members, as well as other internal stakeholders to select vendors to ensure the smooth operation of current and future systems and integrations in decentralized locations. This individual will primarily work on technical development, maintenance and support of system integrations, this individual will also support other systems (UltiPro, Replicon, Salesforce, etc.) and the expense reimbursement module (Concur), as well as all other organization-wide systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Knowledge and experience in developing applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies like Oracle SOA suite 12c, webservices, Oracle BPEL process Manager, Mediator, business rules and work flows.
Strong experience in working with Oracle SOA Suite (12C ideal), Oracle Fusion Middleware and Service Oriented Architecture.
Strong experience in designing, developing solutions using Oracle Middleware Solutions and Technologies such as WEBLogic Server, JDeveloper 12c, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, Enterprise Manager (EM Console), WEBLogic Console.
Experience in working with various adapter technologies such as File, FTP, Database, Oracle AQ and JMS adapters.
Strong experience in Business Process Integration, Service Orchestration, and Routing using Oracle SOA Suite Fusion Products (BPEL, ESB, OSB, Web Services).
Knowledge of Webservice test tool, such as SOAPUI, Postman etc.
Knowledge in supporting business for the Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 or Cloud versions of Oracle Fusion Financial, Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management, Oracle Fusion Contracts and Oracle Fusion Procurement.
Hands on experience with Oracle REST API, SOAP API etc.
Strong experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery, REST and WSDL technologies.
Knowledge of Oracle database concepts including PL/SQL.
Participate in gathering of business requirements and documenting them technically. Also responsible for Analyzing, Estimating, Designing, Creating Metadata models and publishing as Packages in Financial Systems.
Perform code review activities within the team on each milestone of the project. Participate in performance tuning and refactoring existing applications.
Defines / Designs applications and unit and system testing, documentation.
Analyzes and understands functional requirements for the product; understand customer use case scenarios.
Interact with other IT teams and coordinate Documentation, Release Engineering, Product Management to execute on product goals.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (or comparable field).
Hands-on experience using Oracle SOA and Experience working with Oracle eBusiness suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud Suite of products is preferred.
Experience working in Java, CSS and Shell Scripts is preferred.
Certificates/Licenses/Clearances
Oracle Certification preferred
Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Knowledge in supporting cloud applications like Concur, Salesforce, Replicon, Oracle Application Express and UltiPro.
Knowledge of using cloud versions of Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle eBusiness (EBS) suite of products preferred.
