Overhead Door Company of St. Louis, a DH Pace Company, Inc., the leader in the door industry aspires to hire an Entry-Level Outside Sales Professional that will focus on new construction estimating, project managing, and sales support in St. Louis with our residential market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer/Sales Communications
Audit and aid in maintaining new construction sales backlog and estimated installation dates
Coordination with local sales consultant and customers for on-time installation of product
Handle assigned direct sales and/or house accounts in Colorado (direct sales=small builders, internet/call-in leads, etc. when needed)
Attend sales calls with sales consultants to review account performance and customer experience
Strategize with local markets to grow the number of reoccurring customers
Estimating and Purchasing
Support local market vendor relationships
Provide special quotes to local market consultants
Project Management
Preliminary review of specs, architectural, and pricing on multifamily projects
Maintain project schedule for product ordering and installation date coordination
Profit Management for Residential new construction line of business
Weekly check in calls with new construction consultants to review goals and activities
Active role in national sales meetings/conference calls
Score card and pipeline reviews
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
Must have experience in the construction industry
Estimating, detailing, and submitting final proposals to customers
Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
