HII-Mission Technologies Division is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team of exceptionally dedicated professionals in an exciting, fast-paced, highly successful company. You will work in a collaborative team environment consisting of combined Weapons Duty Officer (WDO) and Standardization and Evaluation (Stan Eval) function at the squadron level to augment Pacific Air Force (PACAF) aircrew. The focus of work is to support non-flying duties in flying squadrons that traditionally utilized aircrew to fill as additional duties.

What You Will Do:
Act as an assistant to a government security manager.
Maintain accountability of all aircraft media and classified material assigned to the unit.
Format and load aircraft media. Assemble media sign-out logs for each aircraft go.
Comply with all Weapon Storage Vault procedures.
Pass P5 puck data to the Top 3 for RTO operations.
Download weapons events and print employment sheets.
JAAM shots as requested by flight leads
Assist the Weapons Officer and ECO with OFP tracking, read-file management, and other tasks.
Provide Range Training Officer (RTO) administrative support.
Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
Perform duties as FCIF Library and unit Technical Order Distribution Account manager.
Manage squadron hard and soft copy libraries to include AFIs, T.O.s, Air Force Tactics Techniques and Procedures Manuals, and Joint Publications.
Maintain on-line and distribution accounts with the various agencies to sustain library materials.
Ensure all Flight Information Publications (FLIP) are current and accessible to all aircrew.
Maintain Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) and additional Read File libraries
Ensure all briefing room and mission planning materials are maintained and current.
Receive hard copy delivery of Flight Information Publications (FLIP) and host nation FLIP equivalents.
Update data in PEX/GTIMS, or future equivalent systems, and local data systems as required.
Interface with HARM personnel to update the ARMS as required.
Coordinate with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books IAW AFI 11-202V2 and AFI 11-2MDS-V2 as well as MAJCOM and base supplements.
Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
Perform testing administrator duties/function for the unit.
Generate all Stan Eval reports as required by the customer.
Update and maintain FLIP/EFB procedures, systems, and databases IAW prevailing AFIs governing EFB usage (ex. ACCI 11-270). These duties include:
Identify, address, and elevate, as necessary, EFB requirements and concerns to leadership and the MAJCOM EFB Program Manager.
Serve as an EFB system administrator, ensuring devices are configured, issued, tracked, updated, and maintained as required by this instruction. May also serve as the EFB Mobile Device Management administrator.
Assist the TODO to provide aircrews with current electronic flight publications.
What We Are Looking For:
+ 3-5 Years with Bachelors or 1-3 Years with Masters or HS diploma + 7-10 years of relevant experience.
+ Knowledge and understanding of a flying Squadron/Group/Wing Training, Scheduling, Stan Eval or WDO office.
+ Clearance: Must have an active DoD Secret level security clearance
Bonus Points If You Have:
+ Experience working in a flying Squadron/Group/Wing Training, Scheduling, Stan Eval or WDO office is highly desirable.
+ Experience working with PEX/GTIMS or similar proprietary scheduling program is highly desirable.
