**Job Description:**



A seasoned professional is responsible for developing and delivering software requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is designed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Codes solutions, unit tests, and provided answers can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Familiar with the development and testing practices of the bank. Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Performs spike/proof of concept as essential to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, and business) to design and develop client requirements. Assists team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work. Helps in fine-tuning the system from a performance standpoint and manages system administration functions.



Supports efficiently run lower environment and production environment, including contributing to upgrades. Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance); Analyzes test reports, identifies any test issues/errors; Triages the underlying cause. Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality. Participates contributes in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events. e.g., branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, and release notesindividual contributors.



**Responsibilities:**



+ The individual is responsible for development using the PEGA PRPC or Pega packaged solutions like Pega CLM implementation.

+ Technical design for the Pega implementation based on the Business process

+ The rule set design to ensure the rule sets are developed appropriately in the respective layers to align with the enterprises re-usability needs

+ Perform code reviews and ensure the solution follows Pega guardrails with a healthy guardrail score, review alert logs

+ Follow rule set versioning strategy, Branching strategy, release management, and the deployment processes.

+ Sizing and Estimation

+ Work with the administration and development teams to ensure that designs effectively accommodate the long-term maintainability, supportability, robustness, and scalability of software solutions.

+ Regular deployments from non-production through production environments

+ Act as an application manager to ensure the appropriate enterprise requirements are managed for a risk-free environment



**Required Skills:**



+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

+ 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC--Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting. Experience includes proficiencyin PRPC lifecycle - design, development, coding, testing, and debuging skills in PEGA 8. x

+ PCSA ( Pega Certified System Architect) certification



**Desired Skills:**



+ Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning, and Deployment process.

+ Strong debugging capabilities

+ Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams that span multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures

+ Experience in Case Management, Client Life cycle Management (CLM) a plus

+ Experience in J2EE application development is a plus

+ Experience in RPA, AI, ML, and NLP is a plus

+ Exposure to the financial services industry and Anti Money Laundering (AML) is a plus
