In this role you will be a trusted technology advisor to the Leadership team: Serve as on-the-ground technical voice for a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives. You will navigate internal networks, build internal consensus. You will internalize existing systems design and interdependencies with the related systems and drive continuous improvement of performance, security and reliability. You will work with engineering and business partners to define and build out complex solutions driving value through business process simplification, automation and new product capabilities and innovations. You will create vision, strategy, and plan to build high performance and large-scale real-time systems that scale to billions of transactions per day. You will assess business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards. You will collaborate with peer and cross functional teams across the globe. You will have a strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development.
For this role you will have a track records of successful software architecture design and implementation at enterprise level. You will posses a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields with 12+ years of professional experience or MS with 10+ years of experience. You have proven ability to understand the business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements. You have demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards. You have experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners. You have an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D. You have demonstrated experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java/JavaScript) and design patterns. You have hands-on experience in building a microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale. You have hands-on experience building enterprise application platforms using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, modern HTML5/JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), SQL/No SQL databases, Web technologies, Web Services. You have experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google or Hybrid) based architecture designs and implementations. You have experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery). A huge plus for this role is experience in Financial Services industry and NodeJS/.NET knowledge, using peripheral devices on POS.

The annual gross base salary range is $135,840.00 - $226,400.00. This role is also eligible to receive annual bonus. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
