Flighting team provides cutting edge experiment and configuration service to different partners teams and products across Microsoft (e.g., Office 365, Windows, Xbox etc.). As one of the most important infrastructure services, our services must meet requirements like high availability, low latency, high scalability, and security. As a Software Engineering Manager working in this team, you are responsible for build teams, lead engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve components, services, systems to achieve high availability, low latency, cost efficient enterprise cloud services in very large scale.
