THE TEAM
Ticketmaster recently launched an NFT Marketplace and is now looking to build a new team to support the productization of NFTs. This team sits within the broader Enterprise organization, which is responsible for all client facing applications that empower clients to build, manage, market and optimize the revenue of their events. The NFT team is responsible for defining, building and managing NFT products, including how it interacts with Ticketmasters current capabilities.
THE JOB
TheProduct Manager, Enterprise NFT Ticketing Tooling, is responsible for building the enterprise products and services that support the NFT collectible business across all content categories including sports and music. In this role, you will develop a product vision and an associated roadmap. You will help set key milestones and partner with your development team, as well as other internal and external development teams, to ensure delivery of these milestones. You will build new products and features over time to support the ever-evolving needs of the NFT business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Perform business analysis, competitive research and stakeholder interviews to understand the needs, concerns and aspirations of clients, artists, promoters, and fans
Distill business requirements into clear, actionable and well-prioritized user stories, wireframes, diagrams, data models and any other development artifacts that might be useful in guiding your development team from whiteboard to release
Work with your team to develop and maintain a project-specific prioritization framework to systematize collaborative bandwidth allocation decisions and contribute to the ever-increasing velocity of your team
Triage incoming issues and feature requests. Monitor and contribute to the swift resolution of major incidents involving your products/features.
Perform User Acceptance tests prior to release to ensure that customer and business needs are being satisfied throughout the product lifecycle
Contribute to and execute go-to-market plans for your products/features
Analyze and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement
Be the internal and external champion and subject matter expert for your products and their associated features, communicating your teams status and roadmap to stakeholders and customers
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
3-5 years of relevant software development experience, ideally in a technical product role
Exceptional quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills, and an ability to spot trends and derive a strategy from raw data
Mastery of agile software development practices, paired with an interest or proven ability to apply them in a matrixed organization
Experience using web analytics and Multivariate/A-B testing tools and techniques
Knowledge or experience with enterprise software products and services such as content and inventory management services, financial settlement systems, data analytics platforms, notification services
Bonus points for knowledge of and experience developing data models, APIs, data streams, lambdas, machine learning, i18n and L10n, low fidelity wireframes, UML, modern web development technology and frameworks
In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle especially, current and emerging application development tools/platforms and application program development alternatives
Expertise in broad range of business problems and their various system solutions. B2B, SaaS or Enterprise design experience is a plus.
