Position Summary:
Responsible for dramatically growing the deployment services category for the Display Division. The category includes but is not limited to installation, commissioning, and project management. Commercial displays are frequently deployed in high-profile locations and are used in mission critical scenarios, by companies purchasing hundreds or even thousands of Samsung units for a single rollout. The individual overseeing our deployment offerings must have a customer-centric mindset, capacity for critical thinking, and sense of urgency to deliver results. The effort to develop and expand this category will require creative problem solving, process optimization, teamwork, and innovative thinking to effectively navigate internal and external environments and build a superior business model for sales and execution. Reporting to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Deployment Services.


Role and Responsibilities


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the deployment services portfolio. Develop marketing and sales enablement tools crucial to the success of the category.

  • Facilitate launch process for new offerings to expand market reach and penetration. Execute pricing strategy, marketing plan, and train the Sales org on value proposition.

  • Guide monthly forecast figures based on pipeline visibility and growth expectations.

  • Deliver product training and sales enablement tools to internal and external audiences.

  • Innovate process improvements to streamline the services business model inside Samsung and elevate the customer and partner experience.

  • Engage end user sales team and key customers to drive opportunities to closure.


Skills and Qualifications


Necessary Skills / Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of product technology in order to position solution to end users

  • Strong presentation and communication skills to be able to engage at all levels

  • Good business financial acumen

  • BS degree minimum

  • Highly collaborative and responsive

  • Process creation and resource efficiency

  • Internal navigation and cooperation with support teams

  • Understanding of competitive analysis

  • High competency with Excel. Tableau or comparable BI tool preferred.
