The Global Integrated Facilities Planning (IFP) team develops the integrated multi-year asset re-investment strategies for our Walt Disney Parks and Resorts (WDPR). This includes supporting all five (5) Segment IFP Planning teams worldwide with the development of their site-specific near-term plans for approval, and implementation. The Global IFP team focuses on managing the long range IFP, including forecasting, trending, and future risk awareness. The team fosters and grows global alignment to program timelines and program delivery, allowing for site specific influences to current environments.


The Program Planning Manager as a representative of the Global IFP Team, is the system owner of all software and tools used by the Global IFP team and partner IFP teams within the DPEP segment. We ask that you have a meaningful balance of technical experience and project management skills. You will be the Global IFP Team's lead administrator for the IBM Tririga system, responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the platform, to include monitoring server performance, responding to incidents, enforcing security protocols, and assisting the GIFP Team with any reporting or data maintenance challenges that may be needed. You will also work with peers from all DPEP sites to identify software enhancement/integration opportunities, prioritize efforts against operational schedules/timelines, assist with contracting services, and implement improvements within budget and time constraints.


**Responsibilities/You Will**


+ Oversee the management of GIFP systems

+ Maintain a stable, secure platform, maximizing scalability and performance

+ Document processes and enforces compliance with best practices in database management

+ Lead new projects to improve system capability/performance to meet business/client needs, to include expanding to international sites, and integrating with other software systems and databases

+ Communicate with IFP partners and clients to navigate downtimes (planned or otherwise), and changes to systems

+ Advise leadership on industry developments and recommended changes to GIFP systems

+ Project manager for third-party contracts to support and upgrade system

+ Develop/rollout new tools/workflows to meet GIFP/partner needs, document process, create forms/templates, provide training for new processes

+ Communicate with Global IFP partners, FOS, Finance, DVC and LOB partners

+ Develop and deliver presentations for all levels of leadership

+ Mentor fellow team members on best practices


**Basic Qualifications/You Will Have**


+ 4+ years of experience in database administration

+ Advanced proficiency in database technologies, architecture, and data security

+ Experience driving system and process change

+ Experience using data-driven decision processes and developing strategic perspectives

+ Experience facilitating through and continuous improvement

+ Facilitation experience with the ability to translate and complement technical solutions and details with business perspectives


**Preferred Qualifications**


+ 6+ years of experience in database management

+ Experience with Tririga, Maximo, or other facility planning software

+ Experience with reporting tools (Tableau/BIRT)

+ Experience with SQL, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SharePoint

+ Familiarity with technical aspects of construction and maintenance work and methods


**Required Education**


Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology)
