**Job Description:**



**Summary**



Seeking highly capable and experienced professional in the Digital Platform Technology Program Execution organization. This highly visible role will focus on the measurement and delivery of technology projects associated with audit issues.



**Key** **responsibilities:**



+ Own and continuously mature process for status reporting of audit issues impacting DPT that require technology solution.

+ Active contributor in creation of action plans; ensure they are achievable within specified time commitment and agreeable to impacted DPT teams.

+ Proactively liaises across multiple impacted technology and business teams to ensure action plans and objectives are completed on time.

+ Translate technical challenges into simple business language in order to communicate to broad audiences of varying technical acumens.

+ May act as utility player and assist in leading delivery small medium audit issue related projects.



**Required Skills**



+ At least 5 -7 years of agile program and project delivery experience, preferably in the banking industry.

+ Proven ability to partner across complex, matrixed organizations with varying objectives.

+ Trusted partner who demonstrates ownership of time sensitive problems and achieves desired outcomes in specified timeboxes.

+ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

+ Bias to consistently operate within the companys risk framework and do the right thing for our clients (internal and external) and our shareholders.

+ Communicates with confidence, leveraging data and facts to tell compelling stories and influence outcomes.

+ Understanding of internal audit issue management process.



**Desired Skills**



+ Moderately to highly proficient in following tools: RISE, EIMS, Jira, PPRT, PCM, & Tableau.

+ Previous experiencing managing large SDLC projects end-to-end with responsibilities including project planning (WBS), stakeholder management, financial management, scope management and status communication.

+ Previous experience in process design including establishing operating models.
