Infosys is seeking for a OKTA consultant. This position you with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. The Identity Access Management (IAM) SSO Engineer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, application integration, automation and improvement of Client's access management solutions including, but not limited to, Single Sign On & Federation, Directory Services, Multifactor Authentication, and Web Access Management. This includes analysis, design and implementation of Identity and access management (IAM), roles-based access control (RBAC) strategies, on boarding new applications within standards, strengthening user access approval processes, simplifying user access provisioning processes and streamlining user access certification processes. This position is key to enabling a Single Sign On (SSO) experience for authentication and authorization to enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Implementing, integrating, and supporting Okta's cloud technologies into Client's IAM environment.

• The Client's Application integration in to SSO, federation, web access management, and directory service environments

• Migrate applications from current SSO services to Okta Cloud solution

• Develop and maintain an access management integration process detailing a technical integration template and procedure

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during migration and onboarding activities.

• Support technical integration needs (design and development) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools

• Successfully transition support and knowledge of new application integrations and environment upgrades to SSO operations team

• Uses a comprehensive understanding of multiple IAM, operational and security technologies, to lead the analysis, design and deployment of IAM architecture and other security projects to proactively identify and mitigate organizational risk, streamline access management activities, ensure resources are secured, and adapt to changing threat landscapes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 7 years' experience implementing and improving user account provisioning, role provisioning and user access certification processes

• Minimum 5 years' experience with IAM\RBAC related projects with identity and access management products

• Hands on experience integrating applications with Okta SSO, MFA, API Management is must.

• Hands on experience integrating applications with Familiarity with PIM Tools, such as CyberArk or Thycotic- desired

• Solid understanding of UNIX / Linux operating systems; Solid Understanding of the common UNIX and Windows utilities, diagnostic and monitoring tools; Solid Understanding of Certificate management.

• Hands on experience migrating legacy header-based applications to modern authentication standards such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth.

• Supports the delivery of provisioning process improvement in Role Based Access Controls.

• Enable Single Sign On integrations in multiple integration frameworks, examples include SAML, OAUTH, Open ID

• Troubleshoot application authentication issues for SSO infrastructure, LDAP and additional connected and related system issues.

• Collaborate with project teams and architecture to deliver on key initiatives.

• Participates in on-call responsibilities for critical highly available applications

• Conducts change control and device configuration management activities on all IAM technologies, including inspection or reviews of peer's changes, as well as implementation of changes and support of changes related to the IAM Platform.

• Align new and existing applications and systems to Company's IAM/RBAC framework

• Collaborate with the team and architecture on new platforms, IAM roadmap; assess security risks, and identity long-term strategy recommendations .

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
