The role is in the Audience Management group will partner with business to create audiences for Marketing & Servicing communications through multiple channels including owned, paid media and non-digital campaigns. The Audience Management will support acquisition and engagement across credit card, Auto, Retail, Home Lending and Payments. The analyst will need to be highly proficient in business analysis, data processing and data engineering.to be successful. This role will require documentation skills to gather business requirements and specifications that will capture the overall flow and details of the¯initiative. The analyst will follow standard procedures to ensure the accuracy of the audiences prior to execution.¯ ¯ ¯
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITY
Utilize data tools to define, size, and execute on audiences
Collaborate with business partners by leveraging analytics and data insights to improve campaign performance
Develop and manage customer attributes and research new data elements for insights
Produce data validations on campaign populations to ensure marketing requirements are met.
Identify correlations and trends in data, and communicate impacts that could affect results of the campaign.
Participate in quality code reviews and identify issues and errors for correction or improvement.
Recognize and implement ideas for global process improvements to increase department efficiency.
Represent the Audience Management area in technical meetings with IT and other areas.
Mentor new and more junior Audience Management resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Associate or bachelor's degree with 2 years of the below technical experience is preferred
Certification or concentration in relevant fields (Computer Science, Technology Management, Statistics or Math) required.
Technical Experience
Data processing using SQL, SAS , Alterx , Python
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, Teradata.
Experience with other programming languages (e.g.,VB, VBA, Java, Perl, Python, C++, Unix shell scripting) is a plus
Big data skills sqoop, hive, impala, spark is also a plus
Decision modeling, rules engines, Customer data platforms (CDP) experience is a plus, for example Sapiens, IBM ODM, Segment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
A background in Marketing operations, analytics, data science is preferred
Interpersonal
Excellent verbal communication and correspondence skills.¯
Result oriented with proactive approach to resolving problems.
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
Ability to listen/observe/acknowledge/lead by example and provide recommendations.
