Infosys is seeking a React Js Lead Consultant - In this role, you will provide technical support for analysis of business requirements and applicability to the current or planned platform capabilities & work with delivery leaders/customers to translate business goals into concrete deliverables and timelines. The role holder has to be proactive with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate across multiple disciplines, geographies, and cultures; provide thought leadership; keep up with industry trends; influence strategy based on understanding of ecosystem and market.
Work Location is Richardson, TX. Candidate can work from anywhere within the US and or be remote. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MEAN/MERN - Angular, React, Node.js, Express.js & MongoDB.
At least 2 years of experience on Azure or Amazon Cloud.
Knowledge on SRE - Software reliability, Automation, performance engineering.
Experience in Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins. Follow best practices, implement stack deployments, create, and maintain CI-CD pipelines that result in secure and scalable platforms.
Experience in Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Agile, DevOps.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
Experience managing team size of 3-5 would be a plus.
Exhibits strong teamwork and individual drive highly motivated with a innovation and growth mindset.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to development community.
Leverage techniques to create, develop, and mature an innovation culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
