As the Agency Assist Specialist, you will provide direct, proactive support to Guardian Individual Markets clients on behalf of agents and agencies as part of Guardians inforce client engagement strategy. The Agency Assist team is a home-office based client experience team that will act as the human outreach arm of the team. As part of this team, you will be positioned as an extension of an agency/FR, or Guardian depending on constituency.

You will:

Proactively reach out to existing customers to provide support for their insurance products.
Uncover policy issues and provide problem resolution
Identify potential sales or planning opportunities
Collaborate with General Agents, Agents, and staff members on individual cases

You are:

Detailed on documentation and tracking
Team Player with ability to build relationships and effectively interact both internally and externally

You have:

5 years life insurance industry and/or wealth management sales and support experience preferred
A strong working knowledge of insurance and financial products.
Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience
CLU, ChFC, CFP, or other professional designation a plus
Life and Health Insurance License, Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 Series 65
Customer service experience required
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Bilingual (Spanish Language) a plus
