**Job Description and Responsibilities**



Responsible for performing more complex analysis and is engaged in the development of modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposures. Provides analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports senior management. Reviews and analyzes trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. May participate in or develop more complex program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning credit score cutoffs, loss trends, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment.



Programming experience and relevant degree or large data experience required.

The Global Transaction Services (GTS) Risk Analyst will implement and execute governance and reporting routines to drive consistency for the Enterprise Product Risk Governance framework. Responsibilities will include monitoring of adherence to the multiple policies and procedures for the GTS related product initiatives and ongoing product management activities. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with GTS Product and Sales teams and key partners including risk, technology, operations and other organizations. The successful candidate will be a decisive results-oriented individual with a very high attention to detail and demonstrable accuracy of work product with an interest in operational excellence.



**Key Responsibilities:**



+ Execute the monthly product risk management reporting for internal loss data, metrics and issues management including validation of the product alignments with key partners including product teams, operations and technology partners

+ Produce key product, risk committee and board level metrics and reporting including support of annual governance review process

+ Act a key contact for the GTS Product Management teams for requirements related to product initiatives and ongoing product management activities

+ Interact and partner with associates in the GTS Product teams to provide expertise and education, and oversight of the product risk assessments

+ Develop routines to monitor adherence with Product Risk Management Enterprise Policy and GTS product risk governance procedures

+ Maintain the GTS product risk governance procedures

+ Manage the GTS product initiatives pipeline including review of Pre-New Product Approval screening submissions, and process management for any required Product Risk Management Committee approvals

+ Manage the stop sell / sunset process including maintaining the guidance, checklists and other key materials

+ Support the GTS Product Risk Management Committee including generation of materials, coordination of meeting and documentation of minutes

+ Develop training materials and conduct training on product risk governance framework requirements

+ Support for audit and regulatory exams requests
