You will have hands on experience with the following security functions: multifactor authentication, identity and access control systems, identity governance systems, and privileged access management. You will provide direction and guidance to the development, specifications, and communications of the SailPoint application and architecture, as well as provide in-depth technical consultation to the business units and IT management and assist in developing plans and direction for the integration of information security requirements. You will architect Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems to enable corporate controls and compliance to regulatory requirements. You will provide gap analysis based on criteria from risk assessments and work with the IAM product organization to develop the ILM and IGA security roadmap. You will identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. You will also understand business and information technology management processes and demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
You will have 8+ years of experience in an IAM architecture role at a publicly traded finance technology company or minimum 7 years experience as a consultant at such companies at a commensurate level. You will have 5+ years of relevant full stack software development experience with two or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, Golang, or JavaScript. You will have hands on experience building cloud-based solutions with Azure and/or Amazon AWS, using AI & ML techniques to build . You will also have foundational and functional understanding of how API works (RESTful, SOAP, Websockets, Federated Auth flow). You will have analytical abilities for effective assessment of business risks and exposures. You are a strategic thinker with experience in architecture governance, developing reference architecture and roadmaps.

Annual base salary: $133,434- $222,390. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Unions total compensation package for employees.
