You Are
A Salesforce Senior Developer with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, youve got the communication skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.
The Work
+ Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools), and sophisticated data migrations
+ Work with team members to assess business requirements and then tailor solutions using the Force.com platform
As travel resumes, travel for this roleis expected to be around 50% and can vary by project/client assignment.

Heres What You Need
+ A minimum of 2 years experience with web application development including JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5
+ At least 6 months experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including: Lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
+ A minimum of 1 year exposure to Salesforce.com APEX data loader and integrations
+ At least 6 months exposure to leading/mentoring junior developers
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If you have an Associates Degree , you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If
+ You have the following Salesforce credentials:
+ Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
+ Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
+ Salesforce Lightning Component Framework
+ Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge for both)
+ You have proven track record in prototyping InVision or similar
+ You have experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, etc.
+ You have knowledge in developing for Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder
+ Youre up to speed on Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through working at industry participants or advising to the industry
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
