Join us as a **Scrum Leader** on the Dell Design System team in **Brazil (Remote)** to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact to the overall transformation of a global company.
**What youll achieve**
As a Scrum Leader on our team, you will partner with product managers, technical and design leaders to unleash the most out of our product delivery process. The focus of our team is to provide a design language, associated tools, and code libraries to accelerate the overall product design and development of digital applications that is at the core of Dells transformation towards a unified end user experience.
**You will:**
+ Facilitate the Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and advocate agile values, principles and practices and help build the teams Identity, Mission, Social Contract, Roles & Responsibilities.
+ Manage the team workload in collaboration with the Technical Leaders and manage the teams Work-in-Progress among a diverse range of tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Figma, Miro).
+ Ensure data in tools is updated by the team and Identify, report, and manage Risks / Blockers
+ Foster communication between all squad members (Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Content Developers).
+ Collect, process, and publish Metrics (aiming on continuous improvement) and partner with other leaders on process improvement

**Essential Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Certificated Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), or other Agile certifications and related experience working on technology-powered products as a Scrum/Kanban Leader.
+ Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab and other SCRUM/Agile product requirement and productivity tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business engineering, design, application development.
+ Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Background in Product Design or Software Engineering.
+ Experience with latest front end frameworks and technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Angular, GraphQL, TypeScript and Design tools such as Miro, Figma and/or AdobeXD
