The Position
As a technology Sr. Associate, the successful candidate will have:
B. Tech / MBA / Master's in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with 3-7 years of experience in executing and leveraging data analytics for forensic, risk, and investigative engagements across industries and business functions.
Strong hands-on experience working with various analytics/data management tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Strong experience in applying data analytics in the context of Fraud & Risk Analytics, Internal/Regulatory Investigations, or Performance Improvement.
Good grasp of functional know-how of end-to-end processes of at least one business function like Procure-to Payment, Order to Cash, Supply Chain & Logistics, Sales & Marketing, etc.
Strong experience in conceptualizing analytics solutions and developing a hypothesis to solve business problems.
Experience and familiarity with standardized datasets of at least one standard ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. across any business function.
Prior experience in working with the internal audit team, external audit team, forensic team, or risk advisory team would be given preference.
Ability to conduct independent client communications and grasp the client requirements.
Actively contributed to optimizing queries/scenarios to reduce false positives from the result set.
Experience in mapping data in SAP and leveraging for analyses is a plus.
Experience of working in Big4 accounting firms is a plus.
Experience in applying analytical techniques i.e., Predictive Analytics, Clustering, Segmentation, Forecasting, Optimization, etc. in risk scenarios while working on multiple datasets is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present analytical findings clearly and concisely to all levels.
Strong and efficient PowerPoint presentation skills.
Review client engagement deliverables (e.g., Business Cases, process design documents, test strategies, and plans) to ensure the quality of content and presentation aligned with a statement of work and A&M standards.
Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology-enabled solutions tailored to solve business challenges.
Coordinate with technical teams to identify and triage performance and operational issues that arise throughout analytics or automation implementations.
Lead relevant business development efforts, including account building, pursuits, practice development, and eminence.
Results orientated person with a proven track record of on-time project delivery for cross-functional projects with global stakeholders.
Ability to perform hands-on work in projects including writing code, and conducting analyses in addition to managing/ mentoring team members and projects.
