KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Digital Banking Product Management in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Assist in implementing business processes or technology changes for financial services clients

+ Lead various project tasks, including gathering data/requirements, analyzing data, documenting processes, designing solutions, and creating executive presentations

+ Work within scrum teams to support project management activities such as planning, resource management, status reporting, developing roadmaps, and dependency/risk/issue tracking

+ Support product and experience teams by performing market research, analyzing industry trends, and reviewing competitor capabilities

+ Provide oversight and mentorship to more junior resources


Qualifications:


+ Minimum three years of experience in an external or internal consulting role with financial services institutions; experience with a national or global management consulting firm preferred

+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred

+ Strong understanding of consumer banking products; knowledge of core banking, business process management and consumer bank processes

+ Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) and experience working on systems implementations, process reengineering, requirements definition preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

+ Ability to travel as needed
