KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
Responsibilities:
+ Support business development activities for individual opportunities, such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines and industries
+ Meet with business owners and recipients of existing requirements to understand scope and objectives
+ Understand and manage requirements from multiple business owners and facilitate meetings with business owners to ease the consolidation to one common corporate set
+ Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
+ Help manage engagements according to KPMG's financial and cost management policies
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of three years of experience in at least one insurance vertical and deep experience in a core insurance business function such as new business, claim, operations, underwriting, product development, financials, or investments
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college/university
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and work with business users who validate project results
+ Experience as a technical lead/architect or business/solutions architect responsible for large scale application design and architecture, preferably within the insurance industry; experience with insurance related data and analytics
+ Demonstrated record of driving design sessions and test case development
+ Travel may be up to 80-100%
