KPMG is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Advisory Technology Product Design and Delivery practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Manage a portfolio of technology projects, providing clear communication to all channels, including senior leaders

+ Plan and develop project plans, including defining the goals and timeline for project(s) they supervise

+ Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for the project team and provide the team with direction and support

+ Manage the budget, timeline, and resources for the project

+ Monitor problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed; regularly report the progress to the stakeholders

+ Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance; participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications


Qualifications:


+ Minimum four years of relevant industry experience in project management and IT development

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

+ Knowledge of full lifecycle project management, software development, and infrastructure deployment methodologies and industry best practices

+ Experience building collaborative environments, teaming cultures, and customer service mindset among project teams

+ Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

+ Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
