Our Valuation & Modelling services business is a dynamic and fast growing business. Over the last 7 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, and Paris & we operate cross-border seamlessly. We have no audit restrictions so we do not have any of the resulting issues that are typical in many of our competitors.
We provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation services globally & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Valuations today.
Due to increasing demand for such analysis, A&M is growing this team and we are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate to join us in our London office.
The successful candidate will:
Work as part of a team to deliver multiple and complex Valuation engagements
Perform high-quality valuation analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
Write client reports and other deliverables for high profile assignments
Contribute to the development of junior colleagues via informal training & development
Contribute to relationship building with clients through exceptional day-to-day project delivery
Assist on business development activities including contributing to proposals, pitches & networking

Qualifications:
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CFA) with a s trong educational background including Finance and/or Mathematics
2+ years specialist valuations experience including some or all of the areas above, gained at a Big 4 or other reputable consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firm
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent business level English is essential. Additional European languages are highly valued
