**C# SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER**
**For a 6+ month Contract-to-Hire opportunity!!**
**LOCATION:** 100% PERMANENT REMOTE
As a Senior C# Engineer, you have consistently demonstrated a mastery of building well-thought-out projects / products. You can work in a collaborative manner and have begun honing your skill of mentoring others. When planning and coordinating projects, you display foresight such that the work can be broken into smaller pieces for the rest of the team. You are technically proficient in both coding skills and authoring technical designs. You are capable of leading technical efforts for larger projects including planning and communicating status, of representing your team throughout the technical
decision-making process (e.g., discovery meetings), and possess the ability to collaborate with designers, quality assurance, project, and product managers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Complete product technical software development, bug verification and resolution.
Perform programming activities which may require research.
Provide reasonable task and project effort estimates.
Ensure timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production.
Develop and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Create required technical documentation.
Adhere to documented departmental and corporate standards.
Collaboratively work with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaboratively work with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defect
May perform other job duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Minimum 4 years of recent software experience developing enterprise applications in C#
Minimum 2 years developing Web/REST Services or Web API.
Minimum 2 years experience with MS SQL Server.
Experience with Entity Framework.
**HELPFUL:**
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.
Experience with .NET Core 3.1 Experience with MS Azure or other cloud technologies.
Microsoft and other programming/software engineering related certifications.
Experience with MS Entity Framework/Core Framework.
Test Driven Development and Unit Testing.
Experience with development across all phases of the SDLC.
OpenAPI/Swagger experience.
Redis experience.
Blazor WebAssembly experience.
**Important Information:**
There is no per Diem with this position
