**Unit Description**
The Sr Director, IS&T Supply/Entegra role is responsible for all systems development activities and resources related to NORAM Supply Management, Entegra and P2P/B2B teams
Role will maintain high level of service and system availability for mission critical systems including P2P (eProcurement), Supply B2B Tools (EDI), Vendor Contracts, Rebates and Compliance Reporting (CaRMA), Spend Analysis and Decision Tools and Entegra Financial/Customer Portals. Will be responsible to develop short and long-term plans associated with these systems including staffing, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and system monitoring. Leader defines technical architecture and integration approach between Supply Systems and associated internal and external systems. Will also manage relationship and communication with internal customers Supply Management including Entegra, Finance (AP/AR) and IS&T partners to align efforts and adhere to standards and policies. Role will also create and maintain IS&T budgets and provides input and recommendations on contract terms for all associated systems and services.
*Role is remote based- can reside anywhere in US (eastern time zone schedule required).
**Responsibilities:**
+ Directs the IT support of Supply Management and Entegra systems including Supply related B2B/P2P initiatives.
+ Responsible for leading the largest or most complex projects with organizational wide impact.
+ Responsible for Technical Architecture and Integration.
+ Responsible for entire System Development Life Cycle process including requirements, design, development, testing and implementation phase.
+ Establishes production system uptime and quality control standards for all systems.
+ Direct and develop staff
+ Assist IT Sr Mgmt team with the development of IT strategies, guidelines, and policies
+ Budget and Financial Management oversight
**Role Specific Competencies include:**
+ 10 years relevant functional technical procurement experience
+ 10 years leadership experience
+ SAP Supply Management exposure highly desired
+ EDI
+ Vendor discount allowance/rebate management
+ Functional Application management
+ Application development, support, and maintenance
+ IT Project Management
+ Spend Management (Invoicing control)
+ Be accountable of budget
+ Customer Focus - proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success and ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with business and IT stakeholders
+ Ability to influence change across a matrix organization and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions
Budgeted annual base salary target for the role is $170,000-$190,000 plus bonus. This will be dependent on experience/geography.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
