Citi Technology Services is seeking highly motivated candidates to design, develop and implement BI Solutions using Talend ETL, SSIS and database skills with strong data warehousing/data modeling and SQL skills for advanced analytics, predictive and prescriptive analytics. This position is in Mississauga.


The successful candidate will be responsible for POC, Design, Develop & Execution of BI solutions using Talend, SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, Data warehouse related technologies providing solutions for advanced analytics, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Candidate will also be responsible for providing full stack enterprise application integration, .net and open-source technologies to provide state of art BI solutions


We are looking for this candidate to be self-driven with hands on involvement in the day-to-day work


The candidate must have very strong communication skills to successfully partner with senior business stakeholders, internal and external team members.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Engage stakeholders to understand the business requirements.

+ Architect, Design and Develop advanced Data and BI Solutions Talend, SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle PL/SQL, Data warehouse related technologies providing solutions

+ Design & develop future proof robust analytics data models for rapid development, ease of change, highly configurable models in short time

+ Ability to think out of the box in providing efficient and robust BI solutions with available toolsets and/or open sources/API integration/.net technologies

**Knowledge/Experience:**


+ 7+ years of experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation (all phases of software development life cycle - SDLC)

+ 5+ years of strong working experience in design and implementation of DWH/Dimensional models

+ 3+ years of strong experience in mining data and building complex BI dashboards, scorecards, predictive, prescriptive analysis

+ Understanding of financial industry is an asset

+ Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills


**Primary Skills:**


+ Strong ETL Talend knowledge

+ Strong SSIS knowledge

+ Strong SQL skills

+ Experience on designing Database solution

+ Strong Performance Tuning and troubleshooting


**Secondary Skills**


+ Use of .Net, As pose, Angular or open-source technology tools for API integration and report development

+ Experience/Knowledge in Bigdata (Hive, scoop, Spark, Pig, MapReduce, Anaconda, Python, Impala etc.,) or Elastic is optional

+ MicroStrategy /Tableau


**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
