We are looking for seasoned engineers with a strong passion for customer focused solutions, insight and industry knowledge to envision and implement future technical solutions that will manage and optimize the Cloud infrastructure.

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Hardware Program Manager to help coordinate, prioritize, and track activities related to our hyperscale deployments of hardware accelerators for networking, storage, and AI/ML applications. Azure has the largest deployment of cloud FPGAs in the world, with 4+ generations currently deployed worldwide. Candidates will need to coordinate with our suppliers and partners, track requests for features and support from partner organizations, and continue to deploy new features and fixes to our cloud deployments. Microsoft products touch the lives of millions of users daily, and this is a unique opportunity for program managers to drive customer satisfaction with timely changes to accelerator hardware that goes to production within weeks instead of years. Come help build one of the few truly hyperscale global clouds with innovations possible at every level of the computing stack.

Candidates should have experience coordinating with both hardware and software teams, and with both internal and external organizations. Candidates should have familiarity with task tracking applications such as Azure DevOps (ADO), and a track record of driving clarity and consensus around program requirements. Candidate should have a strong desire to learn the next generation of cloud servers and applications, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, creative, a critical thinker, and able to analyze and resolve complex issues.
