Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Senior Level Structural Bridge Engineer to be based in Boston, MA.
This position is expected to begin in August 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Lead all elements of conceptual, preliminary and detailed final design of new bridges.
Perform assessment and rehabilitation design of existing bridges.
Lead all aspects of load rating of existing bridges.
Project engineering and project management on bridge projects. Proficient in the use of computer software for the analysis and design of complex bridges and other structures.
Preparation of bridge plans, technical specifications, technical reports, design calculations, and provisions of construction phase services.

Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited US Institution + 6 years of experience as a Structural Engineer primarily in bridge design
P.E. License in CT
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
MS preferred in structural engineering
10 or more years Structural Bridge Engineering and Design experience desirable
Project experience with NHDOT and/or other State DOTs
Strong Technical skills and ability to provide technical leadership
Project management experience
Well versed in modern structural, analytical and design software packages
PE License in surrounding States would be helpful
