You need to reside within Draper, UT, Mission, KS or Atlanta, GA. * * Digital Direct Response Marketing Campaigns  *   Cox Automotive, a leading provider of dealership software solutions, is seeking a * Senior Marketing Analyst * , who will support the analytical needs of all our brands across marketing. In this role you will be responsible for helping marketing specialists understand and optimize the performance of their marketing initiatives.  This will be done by having a good understanding of our data sources, extracting and transforming data to fit reporting needs, translating data into meaningful visualizations and dashboards, analyzing and manipulating data, and effectively communicating insights.  A great candidate will have experience querying data, building dashboards in a BI tool, and analyzing data using statistical packages in R and/or Python. Marketing analytics is a growing discipline for Cox Automotive and success will be facilitated by team members that can think out of the box to come up with creative solutions and new insights, and work in a change mindset.  * Develop dashboards in our BI tools  * Build out data flows to support reporting needs, and maintain custom datasets  * Facilitate marketing segmentation and other ad hoc marketing needs  * Help marketers understand the performance of their initiatives and ways they can optimize  * Communicate performance and other insights to marketing leadership  * Create campaign performance forecasting  * Support analytical needs  * Qualifications: * * Bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience. * Preferred Qualifications: * * Dashboard development in a tool like Domo  * SQL experience to query and manipulate data from data environments like Snowflake or Redshift  * Statistical analysis experience in a tool like R or Python (or similar experience)  * Grasp on statistical concepts to analyze results on A/B tests and other prescriptive analytics needs  * Effective communication and presentation skills to take complicated data and help others understand across a diverse audience  * Creative thinker, able to find solutions even when the path to resolution does not seem obvious  * AWS tools and/or experience engineering data/automation solutions is a plus  #LI-Remote About Cox Automotive At Cox Automotive, people of every background are driven by their passion for mobility, innovation and community.
