Position Summary

Software Verification based in Yangon, Myanmar.
1. In the development and mass production stage, check product specifications, functions and performs audits and tests of software products in accordance with software test plans and ensure software quality.
2. After mass-producing, check software failure and confirm the improvement. Prevent the defect recurrence through failure management and updating the test case or test procedure.
3. In product software whole side, evaluate user aesthetic and convenient quality and make improvement to secure product competitiveness.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of testing and evaluation, primarily within the field test environment to qualify new software versions of Samsung GSM / UMTS / LTE /NR mobile phone

• Handle new software testing of for all products/models and ensure to meet the deadline

• Support in different type of inter-operability test for mobile phone

• Ensure the quality meet global standard test procedure, Samsung internal quality assurance requirement, customer specific feature and application test procedure.

• Work closely with Headquarter R&D / RPM to solve problems encountered with development handset.

• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related technical field (Telecommunication/Computer/ Electronics Engineering)

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience as a tester and preparing test plans and test report findings

• Strong analytical skills required. Able to identify discrepancies during the testing procedures

• Good knowledge of GSM/ UMTS / LTE /NR network

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Good interpersonal relationship and ability to work under pressure, adaptable in dynamic culture environment

• Energetic, active, reliable, dedicated and self-motivated

• Good verbal communication and writing skills in English

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, and Excel
