SAIC is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced Service Management Delivery Lead to work remotely from anywhere within the US.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of SAIC Cloud MSP Service Desk including operational workflows and processes

  • CSP Account Lifecycle Management (Provisioning & De-provisioning) POC

  • CSP Utility Agreement Management; Lead weekly tag up with Contracts/Procurement to discuss CSP Utility and Marketplace agreements

  • CSP Utility SLA Management

  • CSP Onboarding Management

  • CSP account Configuration Item (CI) Data Management

  • CSP Reserved Instance (RI) Forecast quote estimations and execution reporting

  • Prepare new Azure Tenants and/or Enrollments

  • Prepare new Azure subscriptions for customers or decommission Azure subscriptions

  • Prepare new Azure Tenants in Government, Commercial and EA AOSG Azure platforms

  • Represent as POC for specific Product Offerings across the CSPs:

    • AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP)

    • Microsoft Advance Support for Partners (ASfP)

  • Attend weekly and/or monthly CSP meetings that could potentially affect the MSP organization

  • Support management with Interim Performance Review (IPR) data

  • Represent the MSP in various weekly external and internal technical meetings and tag ups

  • Facilitate processing of ordering documents for new tenancies, replenishments and renewals

  • Maintain ordering documents in MSP Portal

  • Management of Vendor Supplier Scheduling and Payments

  • Document details of all MSP Service Management Delivery specific processes in the MSP CONOPS

  • Submit project status to the MSP Weekly Outcomes Report

  • Train team members

  • Staff: Interviewing & Onboarding

  • CSP Billing Management:

  • Coordinate with Cloud MSP Billing Management Lead to ensure all invoices are received and recorded from all CSPs each month

  • Lead bi-weekly billing management status tag ups with MSP Billing Management Lead, Service Management Analyst, and MSP Project Controller

  • Lead monthly showback tag up with Director, Platforms & Cloud Managed Services, MSP Project Controller, Financial Operations personnel.  Purpose of this meeting is to discuss any unusual occurrences in the CSPs or new purchases, set expectations for when showback will be run and posted to the billing management portal, when financial allocations must be completed, etc.

  • Update and maintain billing reconciliation spreadsheets for all Managed customers

Qualifications

CLEARANCE:

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance while on the job

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and15 years of related experience. Masters and 13 years of related experience.

  • Knowledge of finance or project controls

  • Understanding of multiple Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, soon IBM Cloud)

  • Willingness to learn and understand the various technologies that AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI use

  • Demonstrated strong and effective Customer Care skills

  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communicator to customers, team, and management

  • Maintaining tickets in a timely manner

  • Preparing reports and submitting quarterly on-call schedules for tickets

  • Reporting volume metrics for Managed and Utility customers

  • Mentor Team Members


Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
