Who you'll Work With

SDWAN Forwarding team is part of a bigger team that is currently working on designing and implementing various forwarding features and optimizations required in controller-based network deployment at scale, enabling the customers to avail secure, reliable and fast connectivity in a highly distributed SDWAN fabric spanning across the globe connecting thousands of devices and millions of users.

What Youll Do

Our Data Center (DC) Customer Support Engineers play a crucial role in providing special solution support to customers/partners/account teams to tackle their problems.. Cisco transforms next-generation data center and cloud deployments with our portfolio of products radically simplifying and optimising the entire application deployment lifecycle. On this team, you will get the opportunity to work in a uniquely diverse and socially responsible environment with one of the most innovative companies in the high-tech industry. Youll be coached and mentored by some of the industrys brightest minds who will help challenge and develop your technical skills. This role will offer extensive training and development.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• MSEE/CS combined with 5-6 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 7-12 years related experience.

• Basic knowledge of various CPU architectures

• Sound knowledge in data structures & algorithms

• Understanding of networking stack (IPv4/IPv6/MPLS/GRE/IPSEC) & layers

• Proficiency in C / C++ / XML, Shell scripting.

• Experience in Networking / Security technologies like IPSec, IKE, IKEv2, TLS

• Experience in Linux OS.

• Experience in SDWAN technology
