Primary Responsibilities:
Defines and communicates product vision and strategy in line with the ITP and customers™ long-term business goals
Research and applies industry developments and best practices and their own experience as they apply to product vision and strategy
Identifies market need and interfacing with customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product
Defines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
Creates and maintains the product(s) roadmap(s)
Drive execution of engineering delivery teams
Accountable to comply product delivery consistent with Cyber Security Control Objectives
Creates and maintains the product's definition, inclusive of customer-facing SLOs/SLAs
Develops budgets, forecast and manages P&L for specific product areas of ownership
Prioritizes the product backlog, maintains a vision for the product, and is responsible for accepting/rejecting the user stories developed by the team
Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of recent experience as an IT Product Owner or Technical Program Manager within an enterprise engineering environment
Solid understanding or experience using modern Cloud CI/CD processes, tools, technologies, and best practices
Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
Proven experience of modern software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.), and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers
Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders
Preferred (not required)
Background in software development and working with technical stakeholders
Cloud Infrastructure deployment at scale (OSB, Terraform, SCIM)
Familiarity with IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, technologies, and products (eg: Secrets Management, ADFS, oauth 2.0, SAML, CyberArk, HashiCorpVault, Beyond Trust, etc. )
Strong technical background with one or more Public Cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure (emphasis on Identity)
Demonstrated success in a product management with an emphasis on information security solutions in on-Premise, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and Hybrid environments
